I had the worst ever experience with the rentals at this location. I got a car which is shaking and vibrating even at 50-55 mph and i cant even change the car on my way because its a sunday and severe weather. On top of it they simply took off my money by charging an extra day for dropping the car just an hour late (instead of charging for the extra hour as they said) and they simply said, "we cant do anything with that" . I have been using the rental cars from Avis/budget for long time but i never had this kind of worst experience. Guys there are many other rental car agencies around this location and i suggest you to be aware of the above situation before you choose this location.
Carolyn, Gerard an Monica G rocks! Monica G came through for me when my insurance company threw me out of my rental car cause my car was totaled. I looked, looked on a Saturday I may add for another car and everyone was sold out.. I called this location and Monica G said They were also sold out but then said she would look. She came back and said we have one more car left, come on down and get it!! What a life saver she was and I got a heck of a lot cheaper rental on a monthly rate here than anywhere else.. Monica assisted me as well as Gerard when I arrived with jokes, smiles and friendliness.. when I dropped off the car Carolyn left off where Monica and Gerard did with such great friendliness.. I would def recommend this place. When you go ask for Monica G,Gerard or Carolyn they truly ROCK!!

Customer service was terrible! They were so quick to close for the day that they didn't even assist and I ended up without getting a rental
Wow! Can't even think of anything positive to say about this place as I was completely lied to and embarrassed trying to rent a car when I was already promised a Chevy Impala they had none but still wanted to charge me the price because they didn't have any cars I wasn't paying extra money for a downgrade! Probably the worst place I've ever been to! I've yet to write anything with 1 star with this place doesn't even deserve one because they do nothing but lie
