After trying 3 more UPS stores which got closed while I reached I finally reached at this store. I urgently wanted to notarize some documents & the manager was very helpful & courteous to me. I would definitely recommend this store.
The owner was very helpful! It was a day before Thanksgiving and I needed to scan some documents. I didn't know that they were closing an hour earlier and by the time I reached it was closed. There were people still working inside and they were kind enough to come out and let me in and turned on their systems just so that I can print and scan. I mean he could have just said that they were closed and not worry about it but he sensed my urgency and was willing to take the trouble to help me. I'm truly grateful for that!
I needed printouts urgently and all the stores were closed in holiday. I called up the store , manager was available and he was kind and helpful to help me even on holiday .
I reached few minutes after they closed and manager was still in the store. He extended his help and let me drop off the package. Very nice service.
Location is very accessible.. staff is friendly.. have been here many times.. service is really quick. It's my usual UPS store...
