Wayne Douglas agency is one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. In my entire life. No professionalism they do not return their customer calls poor responce no suggestion what suits for each individual. Their staff is not experienced and make a poor judgement on most of the calls. I would not recommend any one going to this agency. I was totally taken back with my latest experience.
