First of all the manager Gina tries her best to help with the little resources given to her. That being said my room was dirty no utensils, bad smell, noise was unreal from drunken guests running in halls 3 am. The coffee breakfast was awesome if we where in haiti. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but once your inside its a way different story. I had bumps all over my body from God knows what. Save your money! Sleep in the car and use the cash to go have a drink.
I've never stayed here before and they made me feel extremely comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful, couteous & kind. They went beyond the call of duty for us. I would stay here again without a second thought.
Fisrt of all it says there is a pool but it was paved over a long time ago, the "fitness center" is a stairmaster and a treadmill. In the 2 weeks I have stayed here there were 3 fire alarms that went off and forced me and my 6 month old son I to the parking lot of over a hour till the fire department came to let us go back in, at least 4 times the elevator didn't work. The complimentary breakfast they offer have the time is gone by 7 when they say it's open till 9 and most of the time they "didn't receive their shipment" so there is nothing. Every other day we have to get our keys reprogrammed because they were voided out by the front desk for no reason. They say they offer trash pick out but when you call the front desk for a pick up they tell you were the trash room is so you can do it yourself. We never got fresh towels and sheets, though we can go get them from the front desk. Same with utensils and plates and such. Sign in the room says call the desk and they will bring them, but had to go get them myself. The rooms appear to be nice but I found a roach crawling around in the draws. What exactly is the definition of customer service here? Oh, and my wife went to speak with the front desk to get the keys redone again and make a complaint, and the clerk went to go get the manager, and apparently the manager couldn't even care enough to come down to the desk after being told that we were charged $700 more on the card than we were told was the balance... What? I will not be staying at this place ever again. If they can't even try to make sure their current guests are satisfied, I am not sure how they stay busy.
Only clean room once a week. You have to take your own garbage out and you have to bring your dirty towels down to lobby every day to get clean towels and then they never have clean towels. So you have to make several trips to get towels. Waited for weeks for maintenance. Enterances door locks to get into building broken so any one can get in. 2 outta 3 washers broken for entire time i was there over 2 months. For the very high cost to stay there you should not have to deal with any of this. Oh plus the grounds and rooms had fleas bad. After we checked out over a week later our credit card was charged a full week and took them 2 weeks to fix it plus the refund we were due at check out took over 3 weeks to get and they changed the rates as to what they wanted for the last week there so they would not have to refund what was due. Sooo much more. That dont included woman manager hitting on husbands
I love the place...it's cozy, clean and the staff were really nice and accommodating especially Tamika and Victoria...actually everybody is friendly.
