The crew showed up on time. They were careful and professional. They finished on time. They were friendly. They didn't play games with "extra time" charges or any other "this is extra" nonsense.
The guys were very nice. However I had my items in storage and they lost a few boxes, damaged my bedroom furniture (all 4 pieces) and dropped a box of ceramic planters breaking half of them. When I called it out the company basically told me SOL as I signed off on the paperwork acknowledging delivery of items. I was told a claim form would be sent but after multiple calls I got the message and gave up.
If you care about your items don't use this company.
Our moving day was such a great experience because of All Jersey Moving and Storage! My husband was the one who researched the companies and we were so thrilled to find these guys. Gabriel was great to deal with and the crew of Nate (the lead guy), Manuel, Antonio, and Anthony were tremendous in how efficient, diligent, and professional they were. Would definitely recommend using this company and crew to anyone who needs movers!
