I made a reservation for picking up the car at 7:30am. However, when I arrived at 8:00, there's still no cleaned car for me to drive. And the representative said the underage fee is over $27 per day!! I said your people confirmed with me about the fee. And they replied 27 dollars is the fee and there's nothing they can do to change it. I ask the manager to talk to me, but her attitude was even worse. In the end they just say: take the fare or rent somewhere else! I felt super furious.
3x I've rented from here, the first time was excellent no issues, the 2nd time I got screwed and I am still getting screwed, The vehicle recieved a flat during our trip, and I called customer service and they told me that the car will replaced because my safety is first and I would not be charged for it. well geuss what 2 mths later i get a bill for a tire .. they charged me over $3000 in miles for a car with unlimited miles, yeah they need more training.. Im very dissapointed in this Budget and will not be coming back ...3rd time i was charged for items that were not in my rental aggrement, even the agent from another location where I dropped the vehicle off was confused and very apologetic of the issues and did not understand why they did not pay attention ... F- in my book... Again this is only my expereicne with them , the issues are facts that have accured ...
BTW, the car I got at 8:30 is still a uncleaned car, wasting me so much time to return things in the back trunk to this location!
I booked a car months ago, and called to check the underage fee since I'm not 25 yet. They told me the fee is 14.99 per day, which I free acceptable so booked the car.
Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!! I will never go there again!!
Because of zoning regulations, there is no sign on the street showing where this Budget is. We spent an hour--I watched the clock--driving around looking for the place. GPS and Google Maps couldn't find it. We called, and were told "near the exit to 287 North," which didn't help because the entrance didn't look at all like an entrance to a business, and there were several other businesses. When we finally found the place, we were charged $9.00 for the two gallons of gas we had used getting lost, plus a $30.00 surcharge.
This is just my opinion with my experience , others may be different.
Again, horrible place. Never rent a car from there. The staffs are just idiots!!!!!
